RocKen: a Ken's Labyrinth clone for RockBox

Update 2006/10/20: now works with UI simulator.

Major update 2006/11/07:

• New sound mixer which supports multiple formats
• New introduction and logo on main menu
• Texture optimization (less memory use)
• Hold switch now pauses game
• Sounds are now loaded from individual wave files
• Crossfading music!
• Secret walls (shoot the penguin at the beginning of the level!)
• In-game map
• Medkits for replenishing health
• Objects can now move up and down to a degree
